Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data ZorentiQ collects and how it is used. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Free previews

Free previews are calculated in your browser. The numbers and text you enter into a tool are not sent to our servers for a preview. To save you retyping, your most recent inputs for each tool are stored in your own browser's local storage. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Paid full reports

When you choose to buy a full report, the inputs you used for that report are sent to our server over HTTPS, checked, and stored with your order so the report can be generated on our server and reopened later. We store: an order reference, the tool, your inputs, the generated report, the Dodo payment reference, the price, timestamps, and a daily-rotating hash of your IP address used only to limit and investigate abuse of checkout. Your report is protected by a random access key that is saved in your browser and in the private link you can copy; we store only a one-way hash of it.

How long we keep it

• Your inputs, including any text, documents or evidence details you pasted: deleted 30 days after purchase. Unpaid checkouts, including their inputs, are deleted after 2 days.
• Your generated report: kept for 90 days from payment so you can reopen and download it, then deleted.
• IP address hash and access-key hash (security and abuse prevention): deleted 1 year after the order.
• Transaction record: order and payment references, the tool purchased, amount and currency, refund records, order status and transaction dates. It contains no inputs or report content. We keep it for 7 years after the end of the tax period in which the latest transaction on the order (payment or refund) took place, for accounting, tax and legal recordkeeping, payment reconciliation, refunds and payment disputes.
• Payment notifications from Dodo: we keep only the notification ID, event type, order reference, result and time, never the notification's contents. Those linked to a purchase are kept with its transaction record. Others are deleted after 1 year.

If an order is refunded, access to its report ends immediately. Its inputs and report are deleted on the same schedule and are never kept longer because of the refund. The 7-year accounting period never applies to your inputs, documents or reports.

If a specific order is part of an open security, fraud, chargeback, legal or regulatory matter, we may keep its transaction record, IP hash and access-key hash until that matter is resolved. This never extends how long we keep your inputs or report.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles your card details, billing address and receipt under its own privacy policy. ZorentiQ never receives your full card details. Dodo tells us whether a payment succeeded, failed or was refunded, linked to your order reference.

AI processing

ZorentiQ reports are currently produced by deterministic rules; your inputs are not sent to any AI provider. If we enable optional AI-assisted wording for paid reports, we will name the provider here before it is switched on, and each report will say exactly which parts used it.

Anonymous session identifier

We store a random identifier and a count of preview runs in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to your name or email unless you choose to give us your email.

Email addresses

If you ask to be notified about full reports, we store your email address, the tool you were using and your anonymous session identifier. We use it only to contact you about that request. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
