What evidence wins a chargeback?
Evidence that directly answers the dispute reason. For "item not received" that is carrier tracking showing delivery to the customer address. For "fraudulent" it is authentication data such as 3-D Secure, AVS/CVV matches and a history of undisputed orders from the same customer and device. Unrelated proof rarely helps.
How long do I have to respond to a chargeback?
Response windows vary by processor and card network and are often short, commonly one to three weeks. Always check the exact due date in your processor dashboard and submit a few days early.
Should I fight every chargeback?
Not always. If your evidence is weak and the amount is small, accepting the dispute and fixing the root cause can cost less than preparing a response. The score helps you decide where your time is best spent.
Does this submit the dispute for me?
No. It builds your case and your rebuttal so you can submit it through Stripe, PayPal, Shopify or your acquirer yourself. You stay in control of what is sent.
Is my dispute data stored?
Not for free previews: the preview runs in your browser. The details you enter are not sent to our servers. If you buy the full report, your inputs are sent securely to our server to generate it, then deleted after 30 days. The finished report stays available to reopen and download for 90 days from payment, then it is deleted too.
