By using ZorentiQ you agree to these terms.

What the tools provide

ZorentiQ tools produce calculations, estimates, checklists and draft text based on the inputs you provide and on stated assumptions. They are aids to your own work. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome — for example, winning a dispute, a tender or recovering a payment, or improving ad performance. Each report labels which parts restate your facts, which are calculations, which are analysis and which are drafts you must review.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs, for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for making sure anything you send to customers, buyers or payment processors is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to create false evidence, misleading claims, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Paid full reports

A full report is a one-time purchase for one report, generated from the inputs you submitted at checkout. Prices are shown on each tool page in US dollars (with an approximate UAE dirham amount; AED is pegged to USD). The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Your report is available immediately after payment is confirmed and can be reopened and downloaded for 90 days from the date of payment using the access key saved in your browser or your private report link. After 90 days the report is deleted and can no longer be opened, so download a copy if you need it for longer. The inputs you submitted are deleted 30 days after purchase. If an order is refunded, access to its report ends immediately.

We keep a minimal record of each purchase for 7 years after the end of the relevant tax period, for accounting, tax and legal purposes. It covers order and payment references, the tool, amount, currency, refunds, status and dates. This record never includes your inputs or your report. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If a report cannot be generated after a successful payment, or you are charged in error, we will refund you. Other refund requests are considered case by case. Contact us using the details on your payment receipt, with your payment reference.

Availability

We may change, add or remove tools and features. Free previews are provided as-is without warranty.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZorentiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools. Our total liability for a paid report is limited to the price you paid for it.
